Setting it up (and keeping it alive)
The best part? These are basically drop-in replacements for your old baking arrays. They fit right in. One big warning, though:don’t touch the glass with your bare hands. I know it sounds minor, but the oils from your skin create tiny hot spots on the quartz. Over time, those spots cause the glass to fail and the tube to burn out way too early.
