How we make them fit (without the guesswork)
Getting a lamp to fit isn’t magic; it’s just about the basics. It comes down to the electrical footprint, the size, and the connector. We stick to the common industrial voltages (220V, 380V, 400V) and wattages that most oven banks already use. By using standard R7s or SK15 bases, you can just plug them into your existing sockets. As long as the length and pin-spacing match, you’re good to go. Simple as that.
The gear inside
We use high-purity quartz glass because these things go through a brutal cycle of heating up and cooling down. If the glass is cheap, it cracks. Then there’s the halogen cycle. You know that dark, frosty film that builds up on cheap lamps? That’s tungsten evaporating and sticking to the walls. Our halogen tech stops that from happening, keeping your heat steady for thousands of hours. Plus, some of our tubes have a special coating. It basically pushes the IR radiation inward toward the preform instead of letting it bleed out into the oven walls. It’s a smarter way to use the heat.
A quick heads-up for the shop floor
Here is the thing: high-wattage lamps put out a massive amount of heat. That’s great for speeding up your cycle times, but it puts a lot more pressure on your cooling fans. If you decide to jump to a higher wattage than what you had before,double-check your blowers. If the airflow isn’t there, you’ll end up warping your oven panels or killing the lamp early.
