
Introduction
We build fake flame heaters that are really just compact, high-intensity halogen units. They’re designed to throw focused radiant heat exactly where you need it—localized heating, no open flame. These aren’t for mood lighting. They’re built to show up, day after day, in industrial settings.
Technical Deep-Dive
Most of the time, we run these at 230V or 400V, with power from 500W up to 2500W. That wattage is what gives you the heat density needed for fast response. The quartz tube stays short—often around 300mm—so the whole thing can fit into tight spots inside machinery. That short distance concentrates the infrared output onto a small target. So you heat quickly, without turning the whole chassis into a hot box.
Material & Design
Inside, the halogen element sits in a quartz envelope. We add a reflective coating to push more energy forward, instead of letting it spill out the sides. The coating is tough, but it still takes a beating if the heater runs hot or gets dirty. Then we use an R7s connector. It locks in solid, and it carries the current without needing extra brackets. One connection, and you’re set.
Application & Benefits
These heaters show up a lot as “fake flame” heaters in places like PET blowing, where you need steady radiant heat to warm preforms. The shortwave response means the temperature snaps back fast, and the R7s termination makes replacement simple—drop it in and go. Just keep in mind: with that much power packed into a small space, you need proper cooling and clean mounting. Treat it right, and it won’t burn out early.
