The area around the heater takes on the heat. So, if you’re mounting it near any sensitive controls, just make sure your machine’s own cooling and airflow are ready to handle that extra warmth.
What It’s Made Of
At the core is a quartz infrared tube, paired with a halogen element. This combo gives you stable, controllable heat. We’ve also added a special coating to fight fogging. You know how rapid heating and cooling can cause condensation? This coating prevents that from blocking the radiation path, so the output stays consistent. The anti-splash design is more than just a cover. It’s a seal, keeping out water spray and oil mist. This protects the element from the kind of hot-cold shock that cracks lesser heaters. For the connections, we use heavy-duty connectors that can handle high current and constant vibration. They make the whole thing a simple drop-in replacement. Wire it up, and get back to work.
